Payment: I accept Cash or Certified Funds (ie, certified cashiers check or bank check). Any form of payment other than cash (even certified funds) will need to clear my bank or yours before you leave with my truck or the title. I have a clean title in hand and ready to sign over to the new owner.
Test Drives: I’ll need a copy or picture of your current drivers license (also for the sale). If you plan on taking it for a test drive, I’ll need to see proof of insurance (plan on me coming along for the ride). If you cannot provide this, I’ll be more than happy to take you on a thorough drive.
Terms: As with any transaction, we’ll need to fill out some paperwork. I will have two(2) copies of each of the following in hand at the time of sale:
- Vehicle Sales Agreement: govern terms and conditions of the sale
- Vehicle Bill of Sale: execute the transfer of the ownership of the vehicle
- Vehicle As Is Addendum: exclude in writing any implied warranty of fitness of the vehicle
- Vehicle Odometer Disclosure: disclose the vehicle’s mileage record
These are standard/mandatory agreements that will protect both myself and the buyer. If you aren’t comfortable with the terms of the sale, then I’m sorry, this truck is not for you.
Trades: I am not interested in any trades at this time.
Where we can meet: I live on the north end of Branson, MO. I can meet you in any public area just off Highway 65 on Bee Creek Road/Branson Hills Parkway. Whether your coming south from Harrison, AR or north from Springfield, MO on Hwy 65 one distinguishing landmark you’ll notice from when you reach your exit will be the Yakov Theater. From there, you’ll head west towards countless shopping centers and restaurants. Best place I’ve found to show this truck is in the Target parking lot. There’s easy access to outer roads or the highway to where we can take it for a test drive if necessary.
Other hooplah: I am an honest seller and will do my best to provide an easy, smooth transaction. I want to be sure your comfortable with the purchase and that all your questions are answered prior to the sale.

Hey, i have spent ALOT of time lookin at this website and admiring your truck. I Know you have alot of add ons on it but that can sometimes hurt you selling things around our area. I noticed that you had some out of state buyers interested but unfortunetly those dont work out most the time. I also noticed that you had it marked as excelent but then show a picture where something was scratched or poped off? I would be interested it talking if this truck was closer to about 17,500.
Those are all compelling reasons. Thanks for the offer, but no thanks.
